The collection of IP Addresses is used solely for the purpose of banning those who attempt to spam forms on the JSDVS web site. Information obtained by JSDVS is not sold to third parties or disclosed in any other manner (except when required by law). JSDVS considers this information confidential and between JSDVS and the entity submitting the form data.

JSDVS is not responsible for third party links on our web site. As with any site you visit on the Internet, it is the site visitor’s responsibility to check the Privacy Policy of third party sites that we link to from our site.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important to us. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information from those we know are under the age of 13. Further, no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under age 13.

Contractual information, including, but not limited to, works produced, statistical data, or proprietary data or knowledge, between and of any Client and JSDVS will be held in the strictest confidence, and shall only be distributed and/or used by JSDVS in any medium or manner by the express and written (hard copy or electronic agreement) consent of the Client or as required by law.
